Return Eligibility
Due to the sensitive nature of medications, returns are accepted only under specific conditions.

- ─ Expired Products: Medications received with an expiry date earlier than expected (notify within 7 days).

Non-Returnable Items

- ─ Opened or Used Medications: Per TGA guidelines, opened or partially used products are non-returnable.

Return Process
Follow these steps to initiate a return:

- ─ Return Authorization: We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
- ─ Ship Back: Return the item in its original packaging with the RMA number, using a trackable courier.
- ─ Inspection: Returned items are inspected by our pharmacists to confirm eligibility.
Refund Process
Refunds are processed for eligible returns.
- ─ Refund Approval: Issued after inspection confirms eligibility.
- ─ Timeline: Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
- ─ Method: Refunded to the original payment method (e.g., credit card, bank transfer).
