Sertacide B Cream (Sertaconazole/Beclometasone)

Sertacide B Cream contains Sertaconazole and Beclometasone, used for fungal skin infections with redness, itching, and inflammation. It helps kill fungus and reduce swelling and irritation. Commonly used for ringworm and similar infections. Apply a thin layer to clean, dry skin as directed. Mild side effects may include burning, irritation, or dryness.
